but it isnt clear to me, how will the relationship between new and old stock, if it comes back to business.
1 new with 1 old? or?
it should be the same relatinship ( 1 to 1) if they paid all in full or maybe they issue new shares to all creditors, which have claims, not paid in full 100% and to the equity as well, with a worse relationship?
