I'll wonder aloud if it's because of this...

"this" being his probable deposition - that might explain Newton's newly reported residence in FL? Might he use the 'time and distance' excuse to avoid deposition? If he were required under oath to give a full accounting of his Gendarme transactions, I suspect a good deal of self-incrimination might be involved. Perhaps not within the specific scope of the Gendarme complaint (though I suppose an argument of complicity could be made?) but certainly with regard to his accountability and responsibility to shareholders.

It appears there's a canyon-wide disconnect between what Newton had reported to shareholders, both publicly and privately, in regards to the fiscal standing of the company, and what his dealings with Gendarme might likely reveal.

Regardless, it sure seems like Newton is always on the move...

How many RCCH HQ addresses has he reported over the years? Likewise, how many residences? Given his propensity for virtual offices, I wonder if the FL address might be a 'virtual residence'?

In any event, I eagerly await for the legal proceedings to advance. Though I believe there's still quite a ways to go, at least the veil of mystery will largely be removed. For good or ill...
