I bought LEHMQ quite a long time ago before I knew about the CTS.


The Debtors were quite clear in a response to the US TRUSTEE that the Class 12 Equity Interests' 1 NEW LBHI TRUST SHARE was to preserve the NOLS.


The CTS are only about $ 1.25 B of Debt and I can't see how it is possible to preserve the NOLS with the CTS.


I totally disagree with that analysis.
