I wished I would have never learned that. I would buy low and sell high if I were you. If you think the stock is going to 13.00 why don't you buy it now? Then sell it when it hits 13.00. If you must know, you can sell it short with a broker or on line when you put in your order scroll down to sell short and click the box. When you buy back make sure you check the buy to cover box. If you check the buy box it will only place a new order to buy and you will still have a short position.
