blue, foxwoodsfan seems to be most knowledgeable when it comes to PCFG. unfortunately he hasn't posted since 03/14 in am and may not know bout this filing. I'd like to know when BME first got involved with PCFG and under what circumstances. those and other questions can probably be answered when somebody gets access to documents they used to file their complaint.
