There are many reasons RFMK will trend down:
1. No product (still) after many months
2. No good funding in place (still a big possibility for massive dilution to hit)
3. There will probably be a lawsuit filed by the OEM of the CannaCig (they won't want to lose manufacturing business)
4. The patent process is risky and takes 2-3 years to get approval



If the TA is gagged you can bet it's not in the shareholders best interest.
