I think JS (John Smith?) reported this to FINRA,,They called Company to inquire..As a result of the inquiry, the Company had to issue a PR to investors as part of FINRA Reg compliance,,This is NOT part of any plan..those who say so are merely trying to lure in newbies to dump on,,,
