Fasctrack......it doesn't mean that work on the other milestones hasn't been done....it just means that work on the other milestones hasn't been completed and verified through Xcel, so that the associated monies are released.

If you look at all of the milestones, MnVap has probably already done some significant work on nearly all of them, through Milestone 7.
