I didnt buy it for the 10k I bought it for a possible buyout ( going private) Hopefully they gonna give some details in the Conference Call.

The earnings arent that nice imo...
Revenues up 4.2% for 2011 compared to 2010

EPS $0.89 for 2011 and $1.48 for 2010

Q4 2011 result $0.03 and $0.35 for Q4 2010

GURE had in 2011 exploration costs of $7M
they didnt have that in 2010 and 2009
Write-off / Impairment on property,plant and equipment $7M
General and administrative expenses went ballistic in 2011 it shows $17.8M
compared to $6.8M in 2010 and $5.3M in 2009
