I think they need their new executive who seems to have a good resume for international endeavors work his magic. It's going to be a long year for solar and pushing the tariff decision off until May isn't going to resolve the subsidies issue--IMHO. Hopefully they'll start the Cali plant that Buffet's Mid-Western will definitely reap the profits from for 25+ years. All JMHO.
