I sent no one an email..my opinions and comments are all posted here only.
IMO opinion many failed to consider the facts, the form 15 is not a well understood filings to the general investing public either domestically of forgien based. Add to that the re incorporation offshore and folks should have taken note.
Still might fare ok in the pinks, but disclosures (except issuer pr's) will not be as tin depth going forward. JMO
