I will have to disagree about the financials being good, there is a reason they need to borrow the 750k, I also don't like that they didn't disclose the details of the financing. At what price did the investor get the shares? Are the shares registered?
Will have to watch for an 8k that will show the details.

I'm out for now and will be watching
