It's not so simple as just waiting for a signature. My buddy has a large business and when he does new contracts and such with lawyers involved it can take several months before it's ready.

I am hoping to hear something on the aquitition by end of April or before and perhaps we will hear someting about White Space sale by early summer. JMO
