Proof that it is a scam is not required. Management told you to sit and wait ... and here you are sitting and waiting. Years from now you'll be saying the same thing ... and sitting and waiting.

Is management's goal to punish the fantasy Mr. Shorty or to make money? If there was value in the mines they would have been sold and the dividend paid. Nothing has happened ... this company is dead.

The "proof" is that the dividend hasn't been paid.
