Only thing I could come up with for motive, is to reduce overall shares from the 25M (+/-) to 90,000, then if they are merging with someone, they have authorized shares to buy/merge into other company at a substainally higher cost per share. With so few shares authorized right now, they wouldn't have shares to buy/merge or get capital. It looks like a lot of the outstanding shares are already held by insiders. I think thats why the stock moves so fast with any buying pressure...it was last week when it touched .049 from .02 early day on 1M shares moved as I recall. Why insiders don't buy more?, the only guess I have is that if there is a work/plan in the near future, insiders will probably gain a certain # of shares at merger competion. If they reduce to 90K shares outstading, it would make sense that as part of the new deal or company (however it breaks down), that the owners/insiders would get a certain # of new shares...just my thoughts, we'll wait and see
