I think at the time of that website update they were anticipating/expecting FINRA approval soon since they'd filed all req'd paperwork to FINRA.

However no-one can argue that the wait here has been arduous and the natives are getting restless due to the fact that several months have now passed with no news and no real insights from the company on the pending intrinsic valuation drivers they've said will be coming upon the official changeover from EXTO to BAYP.

So like the majority of the rest of you I will simply continue to wait knowing that briggs still maintains that FINRA has everything req'd to initiate the changeover to BAYP...and I totally and completely trust any info briggs provides pertaining to the present and future prospects here...because he's proven to me over the years to be as stand up and honest as they come in the penny IR field glta
