Some conversations with Mark. While I don't always appear nice in emails, I try to address some of the issues on this board, the largest issue is all of the procrastination that has happened on the part of MIKP and Mark. That is how I perceived everything and it appears from the discussion on this board that many people feel the same way.

The acquisition is underway and we have emails, documented meetings, real companies and real people to prove it. I think this is going to be one of the best things the company has done since inception in terms of positive cash-flow and film market opportunities and am confident all items will be delivered toward a win-win with a new subsidiary for MTP.
I am only protecting myself when I say I will take action IF I see that we are just being given a line over and over again. It gets tiring to hear that something is going to happen and then nothing happens. The same thing happened with ServeNation way back in 2010 and there was all of these projected revenues along with the month. Your investors me included at the time thought that something revenue wise was happening with ServeNation. And then it gets moved to ADCS and later you told me late in 2011 or early 2012 that you never realized revenue for ServeNation.
You simply are full of surprises right and left and I really will go to the SEC if I have to. These are not threats, more like promises, if I feel you are just giving us the run around like the history of MIKP suggests. Maybe you just do not see where I am coming from but I hate fraud. This is starting to take on that appearance big time.
I will still give you that Hallmark if you are on the level with an apology but so far I don't think I will be apologizing.
Tim- the language suggests a threat, but if its a promise, by all means, you do what you feel is necessary. I'm actually past an apology at this point, I think we've gotten to know each other a bit and quite frankly, I'd just like to see you do well.
I've addressed the past with you on several occasions, but we've been highly accountable this year in terms of our pro-active business plan. You may not receive updates as often as you like and, quite frankly, that's your central complaint here. We are actively packaging Skin Trade, are actively engaged in post-production for White Space, working with buyers to ensure we get the most out of the servenation transaction, with demand for performance prior to turning the company over to anyone and I'm not sure how I'm throwing you for a loop on the acquisition.
I've told you time and time again that I cannot share information or progress with you on that matter until its been publicly released, but you questioned the validity, so I responded with the fact that the acquisition and deliverables related to the acquisition are currently underway and I couldn't be happier with how it has progressed
Tim, I appreciate your emails and your advice for the most part, but I have everything I need in place to back up anything and everything we're doing, so do what you will with the SEC, FBI, DEA whoever else you want to throw in there- It's too bad you'd go out of your way to waste their time like that, but its your right to do so. For what its worth, you put yourself and our company at risk anytime and every time you write asking for specific dates and information that has yet to be released to the public, yet I reply out of respect, but have to be as vague as I can so as to protect us both.
That said, I don't want to be negative, I'm very transparent with all that we have, but do have strategies, partners, vendors, etc. to consider with before making announcements and, in taking your advice (and others), I realize that its neither prudent nor productive to issue timelines. We're in post-production. We're finalizing steps toward an acquisition we can announce. We have a chill and, though it'd be great to say I know exactly what to do to remove it- I don't. Nor do transfer agents, broker dealers or attorneys. It's a new move by FINRA, DTC, et. al to to clean up the markets-- which needs to be done-- wipe out the degenerates--- but the methods they chose are more of a 'kill them all' than a 'trust but verify' methodology-- anyway, I could probably write a white paper regarding my thoughts on the subject, but I'll leave it at that. I only ask that you trade or invest as you will, but please stop sending threats (I've received at least 3 threats from you in the last week or so), please stop making baseless accusations and do feel free to call me with anything constructive you can offer.
With all due respect, what the heck is taking you so long. You are severely hurting the MIKP share price whether you believe it or not, and the funny thing is you don't care or you would make your long awaited announcements, especially the signature thing.
If I do not hear anything shortly I am going to forward everything I have to the SEC and they can decide to do what they want with you. You have gone too far. This is not living up to current information which is what MIKP is. You have been doing this sort of thing for way too long and it places serious doubt to your shareholders as to what kind of person you are.
You will not get away with any more fraud. You really should be shut down for the way you operate a business.
Your WORD MEANS NOTHING.
White Space is moving along. We simply need to scan the negative, integrate visual effects. We're convinced the finished (or prior to) film will effect a sale with solid ROI for all involved
The chill- Our team identified a Broker/Dealer willing to go to bat for MIKP, reapplying for eligibility- the process timeframe and results are unpredictable and not guaranteed. New stocks are being chilled by the day, and many feel that perhaps this is just the way of the land now; you want to trade pennies/pinksheets, you open an account at a broker willing to deal with those markets. who knows.
