nice post and I do agree with some of the things u have said. this was a nasdaq company, there is some nice DD sprinkled with lotsa speculation here, and I do see potential BUT if everything was so rosy they wouldn't have gotten their arse kicked out of nasdaq ;) if kazaa was such a drag, they could have severed ties while they were on nasdaq. why get delisted and then take these steps? all the great things ppl are talking about now, why was the company sleeping all those days... got delisted and went subpenny from multi dollars. that tells us something about the incompetent management too to an extent
