An announcement of the HOST contract tied to an acceptance, in part or whole, of Tivus' 12-18 month roll out plan, will be a major validator of their Ad Insertion technology and capacity to turn a previous net expense to net positive source of revenue. This is the Enterprise Value, Tivus brings.
