The only way you could know otherwise would be if you were the purchaser of the 319 share for $0.50 per share. I do know for certain there were open orders below that pps. MM's could be playing games. I believe the SEC would be investigating retail sales of the type in question. (Assuming the SEC isn't as crooked as the markets themselves.)
