Not like those exact companies were not used for scams before, they do not have to be involved, they are just being used by the scam. Some of the best scams out there had real products, Walgreens carried a rather spongy product and yet it was clearly a scam company that was selling it.
Simply put, none of these companies perform financial DD on the companies providing product for their stores. If a person bases their DD on the fact that Walgreens sells a product so all must be alright, that person's investing strategy is a complete failure.
The proof is in the financials here, MASSIVE DEFICIT $22 Million Dollars for a revenue of $131,000 after an overhead of $123,000 leaving only $7800 of profit.
That is the bottom line here.
