Not a word said in my post about miners being shorted by hedgies or institutions, or that there is any other type of manipulation. It was simply an observation that many people buy according to analysts predictions and those analysts are predicting lower prices for what comes out of the mines, which means less revenue and lower profits.

BTW, I would avoid any miners that are having a hard time getting financing. Best to stay with small miners with $30,000,000 or more in the bank.
