CLF’s valuation on a P/E basis is so low it bakes in not only a sharp reduction of GDP growth in China, but also some kind of global calamity nearly as bad as what happened in 2008. If these eventualities do not come to pass (and I expect they won’t), the share price ought to do quite well, IMO.
