1. I have seen many question why there was an ask price so high, but only one person has stated that called their broker to make an inquiry. Maybe the rest of you should instead of asking the board for answers.
2. There is no trial starting today. Today is just a pre-trial conference to discuss timelines for when things should be accomplished, (e.g. depositions, discovery, motions, etc.). If I had to guess, a trial won't happen until beginning of next year, if there is not a settlement, which very well could occur.
3. Either way, settlement or trial judgement, then the SEC will decide whether if there is sufficient evidence, and if so, whether it wants to go after those companies like RCCH, that illegally sold discounted unregistered shares in violation of securities laws.
4. No US brokerage firm will accept a RCCH cert while there is a chill, rendering newton without a way to raise capital. As such, unless he get off shore brokerages to accept certs, he can't do anything to grow the business. Not that, IMO, he wants to.
5. Last year, old newty was gearing up the machine (web updates, worthless acquisitions) and some had hope. But the chill killed all that and now newty has crawled back under his rock and hasn't been heard from in months.
6. I don't suggest selling, not you can anyway, just don't expect anything to happen over the next couple of years. At least, anything positive with the exception of newton going back to jail.
