IR replied to my inquiry as follows:

Yes, we have a manufacturing facility. In fact, we have two separate buildings adjacent to each other.

One building is for the design and production of power trains (engines and components) and the other building is for production of vehicles (motorcycles, ATVs, QUADS).

Both facilities are located in Tulsa, OK.

Lease is for 36 months for both buildings.

We have already moved into the power train building and will take possession of the vehicle production building in late June 2012.

We are currently in R/D and testing on prototype engines for our 1150CC platform and are readying for EPA tests/certifications. In fact, have 12 engines produced that we are using for R/D, Testing and EPA Prep.

We are targeting full production of powertrains for late June/July 2012.

We have several Prospects in work that involve our 1150, 450 platforms.
