No, it was from an article that I cannot find now, you can believe or not, the article noted that their debt is past due but the debtors are working with ATRN which they seem for now quite happy to do although they are not obliged to do so.

I owned ATRN until two days ago. I do not want them to go under I want the stock to go down & re buy before what I think will be good news comes within a week or so. I am just putting forth possibilities. You do not know me & perhaps it is easier for you to dismiss my words. You are free to do so.
