Regardless it is past due, if they had the money or if they were willing they could have paid it already, they have not. I am not saying it is probable but it is not impossible. If the creditor wants the business he can call in his debt immediately to force them to pay or take the company. It is a business move. I have no idea what they are doing & hope to re buy in soon but I do not dismiss it totally I push it aside as not likely until the facts show otherwise or my instinct tells me.
