Read between the lines

"During the first quarter of 2011, we signed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) with two prominent Chinese manufacturers."

"In June 2011, we entered into a marketing agreement"

Looks like something is in the pipeline. If they are going to sell something in the second half of this year a company is already making it NOW! (IMO)
