It's only about $24K of stock, so not much in an absolute sense.

I would doubt that there's one single stockholder who has that many shares, other than Meller, and there is not yet any documentation that says he's actually holding shares.

Maybe it means that Meller has been converting, and plans to file the forms showing his ownership, then plans to sell some shares on the open market. IIRC, his effective conversion price is about $0.013 - $0.0018, so he could sell 1M shares at $0.023 for a profit.
