Because it usually takes a year or more before any carrier will touch a new Network.

Why would a network stock be a pink sheet?
BET started out that way, why not? There are viable reasons. One would be that, small companies that are just starting out don't have the time and resources to try to meet regliatory requirements of big stock exchanges such as AMEX,etc.

Why would a network stock be under 1/20th of a penny??
Because they are on the Pink sheets. And that in itself is a problem
