CAVU Resources Inc (CAVR)

SUN will own 50% of CAVR they are not giving up their company they are growing it by combining in a 50/50 merger. So SUN becomes publicly traded and will own 50% of the combined company. Maybe CAVR has something else SUN wants or needs. Possibly in the oil field services side. Together this is going to be a very nice sized company. Seems cheap to me under a penny.
