lucky, that's assuming we get there. What's your take on the new CEO? Leadership can be a game-changer. Not sure form this one's bio on facebook he falls in that category. He seems to have a background in insurance and banking but I'm not sure if that equates to international and cross-border integration experience. Not sure the core of folks at CATA have worked in Laos or the Far East--the culture is vastly different and $3M and $5M to get the ball rolling is a steep cost. Talking to a few of my disabled Vietnam vet brothers, the environment (terrain) there is not like mining in Nevada or Arizona.

Trying to do some DD and will report later in the week. Have a paper to finish for my Doctorates course on South America (Chile). I also might get kicked off the board for disagreeing with the mods and admin who seem to apply the iHub rules whenever they feel like it.
