Also, that is one persons opinion. And Cramer seems to have an 'old shool' attitude toward the pennys. About 3 or 4 months ago, CNBC had a segment about microcap stocks, that stated that they are becoming more and more popular, especially for the average investor, who can more easily afford the prices. The guests on the segment were saying that micro and even nano cap stocks are not considered tabu as they once were, and are beginning to loose their stigma as being only scams. A lot of penny stocks, they said, are very young companies, with good technologies, that have tremendous potential, and are well worth researching, and buying into.
It was a very interesting and encouraging segment, to say the least.
