The L2 icon is just a temporary thing. If the server we query for that is is too slow we show the icon for Level-2. It'll self correct.

In re your post count, it is what it is. What posts do you think are "missing" from your count? I don't know of any reason it would have ever shown a materially higher count than it shows now.
