I asked Minimar about their recent reputationn their reply :
Their main concern is their customer,EVDR or whoever, shareholders are EVDR's responsibility not MMG! They said they get what their customer wants, they do not sell shares of any company ever, and will take stock as collateral but only to return shares back to company, if a company is short cash.
