I would say this is true in general of penny stocks. I think we all agree that NEOM is not a typical penny stock, hence the high level of investing and interest in this company. But it is also why there has been so much dd on this company over the last 2 years. NEOM is for real. Their business model collapsed back in the 2000 (as did many other companies). They have reinvented themselves today.
You may ask, "can a company really reinvent themselves or are they just spinning a new sales pitch"? Remember the name Corning? They were known as a kitchen pot and pan company in the 60's and 70's. Then they found fiber optics and became one of the most successful companies in the 90's. They reinvented themselves. The dd of this board clearly demonstrates that NEOM has done the same.
