Working in the hospitality industry, I can say that the actual TVs shouldn't be an issue (a hospitality TV is a hospitality TV). It is the Set Top Boxes (middleware) that are different and aren't compatible with any service except for that specific brand. The hotel can utilize the underlying coaxial cable infrastructure as well for any system but the backend system would also have to be replaced to whatever system is being put in.

That being said, i'm sure Tivus can be outfitted for existing hospitality TV infrastructure but Tivus (could) also have customized TV's that work without STB that would make it harder to switch to a competitor. Not sure if that is the case in Philly.
