*OT* Space shuttle.

Zeev, this was 1st flight for pilot, 2nd flight for mission
commander/co-pilot. Seems with maybe 10 shuttle flights a
year that there should be maybe 5 experienced pilots who'd
have maybe 15 missions each before they retired.
Seems NASA is more interested in giving as many people
as possible a chance at being pilot.
Not trying to imply pilot error here, just my opinion that
experience counts.
