I have margin account with Etrade and if I use instant transfer, I can use those funds immediately for investing. Can't withdraw for 3 days, but invest immediately. I don't have to wait for the 3 day clearing on sold stock either. Use the funds right away. Costs a couple bucks a month in interest depending on margin amount. BUT I never trade more than I have.
