Try putting aside your personal feelings for MMG and look at what is going on with EVDR. MMG has nothing to do with the terms of sale of the ASCC business.

EVDR has been around for YEARS, unlike so many penny stocks who have never owned anything other than a penny stock symbol and lunch money in a bank account.
