They have no cash and the overheads are limited right now. Some debts may be due to the other Shamika resources but are on paper and can be cleared in my opinion if the founders want to keep the company going...

They tried and may have drained the company on the small bits and pieces of 50,000 from asher that was the total suicide note IMO.

Now that the money is gone, they need a couple of major sharehoders to jump in and help them move on to the next level with new blood on the board...
