That March 6th news release that starts out with "Seven Arts Announces Closing of Definitive Agreement to Aquire" puzzles me. Would it not have been better to wait and put out "Seven Arts HAS AQUIRED" thereby leaving out any dought WHO owns properties mentioned? Can anyone say SAPX owns it , any of it? with 100% certainty?
