Agree, if they were just a shell, why send out the press releases? My guess is the contracts are all signed and the purchasing company is just going through the final due dilligence on their outstanding payables. Standard procedure. I sold a private company in 2000 to a publicly traded one, and it took about 60 days to have everything finalized. I have no doubt that someone other than retail has been loading up on shares, especially last week. Huge bids on level 2, might be the company.
Let me know what you find out when you call EVDR. And I wouldnt worry too much about your emails going unanswered. That is a common complaint from everyone that deals with most companys.. private or public.
