Good point indeed, arbpro, and getting to Majobuki's line of questioning on pps predictions - the .10 benchmark in the loan agreement does show that both the company and the lender foresee that level to some day be a bargain. Unless of course it was pure PR from both sides, which seems unlikely for 1.5 million reasons.
