I am not bothered by your name games. I merely posted names of various activities including ESSI –so what.
Here is an example of my frustration VRT was announced on February 2, 2012 as a going concern and Criminal Minds as you rightly pointed out did the initial search on VRT and ESSI International, which immediately attracted everyone’s attention and criticism – why???
The PR stated, “Newlook Industries Corp. announced today the acquisition of 100% of all classes of all shares in VRT Environmental Consultants Inc., a Toronto based Company.” THAT STATEMENT IS FALSE – THERE WAS NO COMPANY.
An intention to start a company or concocting a private deal does not make the announcement credible or true. I know we are talking about Newlook and not WLSA however; this is an example from the same CEO.
That makes the statement from Mr. Shomaker not creditable or true who reported to be Chairman & CEO of VRT, which was a non-existent company. What about the product, the processes. It raises questions – is Mr. Shomaker the inventor or the developer of the product and processes. We don’t know and probably never will.
It appears that Criminal Minds was simply suggesting that ESSI who is advertising a carbon copy product or some other entity may be in the background and Shomaker may be just a name carrier. Bennett for all I know could be another victim of Simmonds business model. Would that be the reason why ESSI attracted so much attention.
I know I have been the target of criticism however, I’m an investor, and a representative and I have the right to true, factual information and safeguard my investment.
THAT IS MY MOTIVE AND INTEREST.
