cMoney Inc (fka CMEY)

I just called my broker at Scottrade. I asked if CMEY is on the Grey sheets. He said no. Scottrade listed CMEY on the Pink Sheets. I said isn't Grey Sheet a subset of the Pink Sheets. He said no. He said if CMEY was on the Grey Sheets, Scottrade would show that but it isn't. It's on Pink Sheets. Do you think my guy was right? I don't know what to believe. All I know is I am not selling.
