Chris, the market is looking for absolute funding that is NOT dilutive.

The PR yesterday in no way guaranteed any funding at all, dilutive or non.

We are speculating that funding is near, but we are just doing that.
I do personally believe funding is coming, but until that time it is proven, the remainder of investors at large will not be buying.
