They have done what they want for years. If you step into the ring and knock out everyone you see you may get cocky. Therein lies the problem. Should you run into someone who happened to be small and impossible to hit you may lose one.

Telvue has taken it upon themselves to wave a red flag in front of this bull. They have told shorty they will do this reverse split and he must clean up his act right now. I wonder how many toimes NITE has heard that one. His answer has always been take it down, take it down even after the split when they can.

This is no secret. Those of us who have spent out adult lives in the penny market know this. They think they will win once again and that is where the new kettle of fish comes in. People who own Telvue stock do not sell. They add when they can and the company goes on to make a profit and do a forward split or pay a dividend or they will exersize their right to use the reverse split to check the books.

One thing everyone must get in their head and it may clear up their thinking. We do not sell. We accumulate.

We may pick up some new folks and when they come aboard they will know this.
