But with what I wrote about concerning negative statements of fact that are proven to be untrue, the courts will most likely deem them to be defamatory.

I guess now the problem is that the company now needs to come up with those "negative statements of fact that are proven to be untrue".

Has anyone seen any of them around here?

There's a difference between not liking what someone posts, and libel...a pretty big difference in fact.

I'm making an assumption that I'm a member of the list, so I'd be much more interested in seeing an example from me where defamation is alleged.
