It’s not exactly an FoB play, but GE wants a piece of the action in biopharmaceutical manufacturing:

GE Healthcare…announced today it has reached an agreement to acquire Xcellerex, Inc. a supplier of innovative manufacturing technologies for the fast-growing biopharmaceutical industry. The acquisition of Xcellerex will allow GE Healthcare to expand its offering of products and services for the manufacture of biopharmaceuticals such as recombinant proteins, antibodies and vaccines.

Xcellerex is a private company based in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Financial terms were not disclosed.
